Here we have a drama produced by Craig Fenner, touching the unfortunate truth of how hard it is to stay determined and dedicated when in a band. Steve is pushed to the edge to confront his band mate about how he really feels about the time and effort they put in.

Realism
The way in which realism jars with this idea of success and 'making it' means that our sympathies lie with both central characters. The story itself is tight and believable and leaves the viewer thinking just who is right and which path leads to fulfilment.

Shameless
I really liked the way you created the different spaces with sound - the muted music and the way the actors were having to pitch up slightly over it to be heard gave a clear impression of the kind of place they were in. I also liked the dramatic movement of it - that Steve getting closer and closer made a final confrontation inevitable.
