This is an effective crossing of styles between documentary and drama. Were the interviewee's lines scripted? If so, then they came across as very natural and genuine depictions of the condition.
Information Overload
The dramatised sections were really effective - it would be great to go even further down this road to give the listener a deeper understanding of what it sounds like in the head of a schizophrenic, with the advice of your excellent interviewee...
