Alex and Liz are waiting in a doctors surgery. Their dead pan conversation denotes Liz' struggle to put up with brother Alex's hypochondria, whilst Alex takes us on a surreal flight of fancy.

This is a really well written drama - dialogue feels natural and the funny bits work well. But whoever played that nurse guy must be living the dream somewhere in Hollywood right now. Wow.
